Our Winter Science Meeting 2019 will take place on 31 October at the Wellcome Collection in central London.
The Winter Science Meeting is a great opportunity for our award holders to showcase their research, network with each other, Academy Fellows and research funders, and explore the next steps in their research careers. It is an annual one-day conference, in which delegates can take part in poster and oral presentation sessions, with prizes up for grabs.
The keynote speech will be given by Professor Dame Sally Davies DBE FRS FMedSci and the event will be Chaired by Professor Rosalind Smyth CBE FMedSci, Director at the UCL Great Ormond Street Institute of Child Health, University College London.
This meeting is open to award holders of our Starter Grant, Springboard and Newton International Fellowship schemes.
