This interactive webinar will provide an overview of key points that mentees and mentors should consider in their first meeting, and how to establish and manage expectations.

The webinar will be presented by Dr Amy Iversen, Visiting Senior Lecturer at the Institute of Psychiatry and Director of Håbe Consulting. Amy is a former Academy mentee and an experienced mentoring scheme coordinator and coach.
Amy will begin the webinar with a short presentation, followed by a Q&A session.
