Developing an effective mentoring programme
Strengthen and elevate your mentoring scheme.
Join our free, in-person workshop on how to establish and sustain an impactful mentoring programme, taking place on Wednesday 25 September at 11 Cavendish Square, London W1G 0AN.
Our mentoring programme has two decades of experience in the field of mentoring biomedical and health researchers, and we recently celebrated pairing 1,500 mentees with mentors from our Fellowship. In this workshop, mentoring experts from within the Academy, and the wider mentoring community, will give you their insights on how to successfully launch and manage a mentoring scheme.
This event is for individuals from organisations that are working on mentoring programmes and want to share their experiences and learn good practice. It is chaired by the Academy’s mentoring training facilitator Alexis Hutson, who supports many different career development schemes.
