Join us for an exciting opportunity to enhance and advance your mentoring scheme. We are looking forward to empowering colleagues like you to take your mentoring initiative to new heights, leveraging the invaluable insights and practices of the wider mentoring community.

This free, in-person workshop is designed to facilitate discussions on key themes related to establishing and sustaining a highly impactful mentoring programme. With engaging presentations from the Academy and other experts, participants will gain the essential skills and information needed to successfully launch and manage their own mentoring programmes.

How can you unlock the full potential of your mentoring scheme? What can you learn from seasoned professionals who have successfully implemented mentoring programmes? Our Mentoring programme has two decades of experience in the field of mentoring medical researchers and we recently celebrated pairing 1400 mentees with mentors. To further understand where we can improve, we commissioned an independent evaluation, which we are keen to share the findings of at this dynamic and interactive learning event.
