On the 17 March 2016, the Academy, in partnership with NHS England, held a small roundtable discussion to explore exemplar clinical pathways for a stratified approach to cardiovascular disease in the NHS.
This roundtable was the second in a series of FORUM meetings held by the Academy and NHS England, and explored stratifcation of particular inherited cardiac conditions including familial hypercholesterolaemia, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and long QT syndrome. More information on the previous roundtable looking at exemplar clinical pathways for stratification of diabetes can be found here.
A report of the meeting will be published in due course.
