The Academy convened a workshop on ‘Data in Safe Havens’, in partnership with the Medical Research Council and the Wellcome Trust, on 24 March 2014. The workshop was chaired by Professor Simon Lovestone FMedSci, Professor of Translational Neuroscience at the University of Oxford, and aimed to explore the range of safe havens currently in existence, and discuss the meaning and adequacy of data safe havens and the next steps in their development.
