Prior to joining the Academy, Chloe delivered international policy projects targeting key global health challenges including Non-Communicable Diseases, Substandard and Falsified Medicines, and Gender Equity. During this time, she also formed part of a research group applying systems-thinking to community health and priority-setting. Chloe holds a MSc in Global Health and Development from University College London and a BSc in Biology from Royal Holloway, University of London.
