Holly is a Grants Manager in the Academy's Grants team. She works on the Cross-Sector Experience Awards and supports the activities of the wider Cross-Sector Programme. She is also developing a new funding schemes and activities that support transdisciplinary working and innovation across different disciplines. Holly works with the Programmes team on PILLAR and HIVE, the Academy's two community networks for current grant awardees and programme participants, and alumni respectively, and assists with the INSPIRE programme, a scheme aiming to promote research careers amongst medical, dental and veterinary students.

Holly joined the Academy in 2019 working on both international and UK-based schemes. She previously achieved a MBiomedSci (Hons) from the University of Southampton, where she specialised in maternal and foetal health as well as nutrition in health and disease. Before joining the Academy, Holly worked as a Scientific Copy and Production Editor for a scientific publishing company.
