The annual lectures delivered at the 2013 Fellows' Day are now available to view online on the Academy's YouTube channel.
This year's Jean Shanks lecture, "The Genomes of Cancer Cells", was delivered by Professor Sir Mike Stratton FRS FMedSci, Director of the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute.
The 2013 Foulkes Foundation Medal was awarded to Dr Akhilesh Reddy, University of Cambridge, who delivered a lecture "Redox Oscillations and the Circadian Clockwork", about his research into sleep cycles.
