Join our free in-person workshop to explore the role of the mentee in your mentoring programme. In this workshop, you will:
- Hear from experts with lived experience on how to establish and sustain an impactful mentoring scheme
- Learn how to manage expectations and establish healthy boundaries
- Gain essential skills and information to improve the mentee experience
We will also hear directly from an Academy mentee about the positive impact mentoring has had on their life and career.
The Academy of Medical Science’s mentoring programme has over two decades of learning and recently celebrated pairing 1700 mentees with mentors. This event is for individuals from organisations that are working on mentoring programmes and want to share their experiences and learn good practice. This learning will be applicable to many public sector organisations, not just those working in medical sciences.
