Salary progression

We have recently introduced a new salary progression framework.

The framework offers opportunities for salary increases at 6 and 12 months. Further increments are available as staff progress through our role and competency framework. We are also committed to regular cost of living and/or benchmarking reviews.

Location

Hybrid – both remote and in person time in our offices at 41 Portland Place, London, W1B 1QH

We are currently expecting staff to make every effort to work one day a week in the office as well as attending face-to-face meetings and events where necessary and see this as important to you building the working relationships and knowledge to fulfil your role.

We welcome discussion of different working arrangements including locations outside London and the Southeast with any successful applicant. 

Annual leave

29 days per annum; including Christmas closure dates, plus bank holidays (pro rata for part time staff)

Pension

The Academy offers a flexible contribution structure to a Legal & General salary sacrafice scheme, with a minimum employer contribution of 8% up to a maximum of 13% of gross salary, with an employee contribution ranging from 3% to 8%)
