Experienced researchers and policy practitioners will:
- Share insights into engaging with policy influencing, through the Academy and elsewhere
- Discuss how they became engaged in policy work
- Highlight the value of engaging with policy makers and share practical advice for researchers wishing to do the same

Speakers will include Academy Fellows and future leaders who have been part of the 'Exploring Climate Change and Health with the Next Generation of Research Leaders' project. This policy project convened 16 interdisciplinary researchers from the UK and the US to develop key policy actions on the topic of health research sustainability, delivered in partnership with the US National Academy of Medicine.

This free event is open to researchers who consider themselves to be emerging research leaders in biomedical and health fields, offering insights into policy engagement and research impact. You will also hear about different career paths and have the chance to ask questions.
