This year’s Annual Fellows' Meeting and Jean Shanks Lecture will be held in person at the Academy’s offices at 41 Portland Place.
The afternoon will include the Academy's AGM, and a review of some of the groundbreaking work we have done with Fellows and Emerging Research Leaders this year to further biomedical and health research in the UK and globally. This year’s Jean Shanks Lecture will be presented at 17.00 by Professor Charles Swanton FRS FMedSci, Deputy Clinical Director at The Francis Crick Institute and Chief Clinician at Cancer Research UK, on 'Cancer Initiation, Progression and Metastases: Myeloid Mayhem'.
This event is by invitation only. Fellows will receive joining details by email with the formal agenda for this year’s AGM.
