The Academy is hosting its first international conference, for the alumni of the Daniel Turnberg Travel Fellowship Scheme in Nicosia, Cyprus on 10 November 2016.
The conference will be chaired by Lord Turnberg of Cheadle FMedSci with keynote talks from Fellows of the Academy of Medical Sciences, including Sir Keith Peters FRS FMedSci FLSW and Professor Ray Tallis FMedSci. There will be oral and poster competitions, and the opportunity for over 80 alumni from the UK and across the Middle East to network and share best-practice with fellow scientists.
