     I joined the Academy in January 2023 to work in the UK Policy team. Prior to this, I worked on research policy at the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry which followed on from a short internship at the Initiative for Science in Europe. My initial background is in academia, and I completed my PhD in Cell Biology at King’s College London.
