Susheila joined the Academy in 2023 as Creative Content Manager. She is responsible for commissioning and creating high-quality content for the Academy.

Susheila has worked with various charities, non-profits and membership organisations, specialising in content production and digital communications. She was the editor of the MDU’s medical student journal Notes and previously worked at CharityComms where she co-hosted the CharityComms podcast.
