I joined the Academy in December 2024 to work in the Careers Policy team. Prior to this, I worked on research policy at the Association of Medical Research Charities, producing sector reports on the impact of charity funded research and developing training workshops and guidance for medical research charities. I carried out my graduate research in genomics at Imperial College London, where I was a policy intern with the Medical Research Council.
