The Academy has been planning the refurbishment of 8 Weymouth Mews at the rear of our building for some time.
Contractors started on site on 5 January. The works will provide updated self-contained open plan office accommodation over 2 floors (1,600 sq ft) plus a large garage to be rented to external organizations. The redevelopment is part of our strategic plan to generate maximum income from the surplus space in the building. We will start marketing the offices in March.
