On 25 July, the Academy and other national Academies from across Europe, issued a joint statement about the importance of the international nature of research.
This was launched to coincide with the ESOF conference taking place in Manchester the same week. An accompanying social media campaign, under the hashtag #ScienceIsGlobal will highlight the truly international nature of research teams.
