The Academy have joined forces with Science London for a public event to discuss the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority's (HFEA) consultation regarding novel techniques of mitochondria replacement.
The full line up includes Dr Geoff Watts FMedSci, Mary Herbert, Professor of Reproductive Biology at Newcastle University's Institute for Ageing and Health, and Michael Duchen, Professor of Physiology at University College London and Chair of Basic Life Sciences Domain.
