In November, the Academy held a workshop to bring together clinical-academics in training, non-clinical scientists and industry researchers to showcase the importance of cross-sector collaboration in driving forward innovation in the medical sciences.
Presentations were accompanied by discussion of the strengths and challenges of cross-sector collaboration and an informative session on relevant funding schemes.
