I am responsible for developing the policies, processes and digital platforms that underpin our grant schemes, ensuring they are effective and adhere to best practice. I also lead on the monitoring and evaluation of the Academy’s grants and career development support programmes, and our grants assurance activities.

Prior to joining the Academy I held grant management roles at Wellcome and Barts Charity, and worked in science publishing.
