The Academy of Medical Sciences, in partnership with the Royal Society and the British Academy, is offering Newton International Fellowships to support early career international researchers to undertake research in the UK.
The Newton International Fellowships are available through the Newton Fund, which is part of the UK’s official development assistance.
Fellowships are available to applicants with no more than 7 years active full time postdoctoral experience. Awards offered in partnership with the Academy of Medical Sciences will cover clinical or patient-oriented research.
Awards are currently available for researchers in the following partner countries: Brazil, China, Mexico and South Africa. We hope to include additional Newton Fund countries in future calls.
