Professor Tim Williams FRS FMedSci

Professor Tim Williams is the Professor of Applied Pharmacology at Imperial College. His research has led to the identification of the most specific eosinophil chemotactic factors so far identified, eotaxin, which he cloned and has shown to be important in eosinophil inflammation in asthma and rhinitis. Tim Williams has been able to integrate first class basic science with an important and abundant disease.
