Rosalind Raine is Professor of Applied Health Research at UCL and is a world leading health services researcher whose work influences national policy and practice. She has influenced Public Health through rapid national implementation of her cost-free improvements to the Bowel Cancer Screening Programme; Primary Care through evaluation of co-located welfare advice, and Acute Care through the first comprehensive comparative evaluation of a digitally enabled care pathway, now routinely used in the hospital setting.|She conducted the most comprehensive and detailed analyses of NHS inequalities which directly informed EU policy makers, DoH, Number 10 Policy Unit, the Cabinet Office and the Inequalities Act 2010.|
