Dr. Jill Richardson FMedSci
Jill Richardson, Distinguished Scientist at MSD, is internationally recognised for her broad expertise in neuroscience research and drug discovery. She has made important contributions to the field through her work on Alzheimer’s disease, multiple sclerosis, ALS, pain and epilepsy during her career in industry.
She has spent her career building strong connections between industry and academia. She has been instrumental in establishing the MSD Discovery site in London where she established a major 5-year collaboration between MSD and the Crick Institute and formed numerous other collaborations with Universities and Academic Institutes. She led the Neuroscience Department at MSD, managing a diverse portfolio of programs for neurodegenerative diseases and was recently appointed Distinguished Scientist across Global Neuroscience.
