Elected Fellow 2015
Sarah Bray is Professor of Developmental Biology at University of Cambridge. She is a leading world expert on the Notch pathway and has made several of the most important discoveries in this field. She has identified hundreds of genes that are rapidly and directly regulated by this pathway and is now beginning to piece together the logic and mechanisms that make these targets context specific. Sarah Bray’s seniority in this field is evidenced by the fact she has been on the organizing committee of the major international Notch meeting for several years and last year became Chair of the EMBO Fellowships Committee.
