Professor Jean-Pierre Allain FMedSci

Professor Jean-Pierre Allain is Professor of Transfusion Medicine at the Department of Haematology, University of Cambridge. Professor Allain has made major contributions to the assessment and management of haemophilia. In 1983 he was amongst the first to recognise the problem of acquired immunodeficiency in haemophiliacs.
