Matthew Lambon Ralph is the Director of the MRC Cognition & Brain Sciences Unit, Cambridge; an appointment reflecting the high regard in which he is held in the academic-medical field in the UK. His field of academic research is the organisation of semantic memory and language in the human brain of which there are four main approaches, and Professor Lambon Ralph is a world leader in all. |He is currently Chair of the Stakeholder Board for the EU Human Brain Project and a member of, or adviser to, a number of important national groups in the UK.
