Lindsey Edwards, Chief Technology Officer and President of Platform at Relation Therapeutics, is an internationally recognised leader at the interface of machine learning, computational biology, and drug discovery. Across both academia and industry, he has consistently advanced the translation of science into medicine using computational sciences. At AstraZeneca, his team accelerated decision-making during the development of the Oxford–AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine, a contribution to one of the most significant public health interventions of the century, while as CTO of Relation Therapeutics, he is advancing the UK’s TechBio sector, attracting investment, creating jobs, and strengthening national competitiveness in AI-enabled medicine.
