New Code of Conduct for Fellows working on Academy of Medical Sciences Business

We are pleased to announce the introduction of a Code of Conduct for Fellows working on Academy of Medical Sciences Business. This sets out expected standards of behaviour across six domains, including: acting with integrity and objectivity; declaring and resolving any interests; championing diversity and inclusion; maintaining confidentiality; behaving with propriety and professionalism; and fulfilling one’s commitment.

The Code sits alongside the Academy’s Disciplinary Regulations, which outline how Council will deal with allegations of professional or relevant personal misconduct, or breaches of the Code of Conduct.

The Academy is hugely grateful for the time and energy that Fellows devote to Academy business across various roles, and we hope that the Code will support continued beneficial working and collaboration between the Academy and its Fellows.

A link to the Code will be included in invitations to Fellows to participate in any substantial interaction with the Academy.
