I joined the Academy in October 2019 and am the Senior Programme Officer for our SUSTAIN programme, which works to enable and support female early career researchers. As well as SUSTAIN, I also work on mentoring, CATAC, and our programme of career development events. I'm particularly interested in increasing inclusion and diversity within science, and how to improve research culture. 

Prior to working at the Academy, I worked for the University of Leeds, helping to design and deliver some of their undergraduate outreach programmes for disadvantaged young people. Before that, I studied Biomedical Sciences at Newcastle University.
